Job Description Job description: Powder Coater 2 Positions AvailableLocation: Corby Salary: £16.50 per hour Contract: Permanent Hours: MondayFriday, rotating shifts 6:00am2:00pm / 2:00pm10:00pmWe are recruiting on behalf of one of our prestigious clients in Corby who are looking for 2 experienced Powder Coaters to join their manufacturing team on a permanent basis.

The RoleAs a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for preparing and coating components to a consistently high standard, ensuring finished products meet the required quality specifications.
You will work within a busy manufacturing environment where quality, accuracy and attention to detail are essential. Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out powder coating to a high-quality standard. Prepare components and surfaces prior to coating.
Ensure the correct application and finish of powder coatings. Inspect finished products for quality and consistency. Identify and report any defects or issues. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area. Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Work effectively as part of a wider manufacturing team. About YouPrevious powder coating experience is essential for this position. We are looking for candidates who: Have proven experience as a Powder Coater within a manufacturing environment.
Have excellent attention to detail and take pride in their work. Can consistently achieve a high-quality finish. Understand the importance of quality control. Are reliable, hardworking and committed. Can work effectively as part of a team.
Are flexible to work rotating shifts.
