Warehouse Operatives – PPT / LLOP Experience Essential – URGENT STARTS Location: Brackmills, Northampton (NN4) Pay Rate: £14.86 – £15.86 per hour AM Shift: Monday to Friday | 06:00 – 14:00 | £14.86 per hour PM Shift: Monday to Friday | 14:00 – 22:00 | £15.86 per hour Job Type: Full-time – Ongoing Start Date: Immediate URGENTLY REQUIRED – EXPERIENCED WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES!

Quest Employment are urgently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation based in Brackmills, Northampton. We are looking for reliable candidates with previous warehouse picking experience and hands-on experience operating PPT (Powered Pallet Truck), LLOP (Low Level Order Picker) or similar MHE equipment .

Both morning and afternoon shifts are available, with an immediate start for suitable candidates. IMPORTANT: Previous warehouse picking and PPT/LLOP operating experience are essential. Candidates must be available to start at short notice.

Key Responsibilities Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently. Operating PPT or LLOP equipment safely. Using handheld scanners to pick and process orders. Moving and replenishing stock throughout the warehouse.

Preparing orders for dispatch. Loading and unloading goods when required. Working towards daily picking and productivity targets. Supporting general warehouse operations. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

Skills & Experience The successful candidates must have: Previous warehouse picking experience – essential . Previous PPT, LLOP or similar MHE operating experience – essential . Availability to start immediately or at short notice.

Confidence working towards picking and productivity targets. Experience using handheld scanners. Ability to carry out manual handling and general warehouse duties. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Reliability, punctuality and excellent timekeeping.
