Job ID: 16360Salary: 45,000 - 55,000Location: North LondonRegion: Hertfordshire, London, South EastAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Pre Construction / Proposals Coordinator to join an regional contractor within thier Work Winning team based at Head Office in North London.

The Senior Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating & drafting our quality proposal documentation such as EOIs', RFIs', PQQs', and RFPs'.Key Accountabilities to include but not limited to: Drafting compelling bids, with the coordination of proposal contributors input such as Estimators, Planners, Preconstruction Managers and wider teamsSupport the creation of internal proposal management documents related to kick-offs and settlementsProofing and editing third parties bid responses, ensuring each document contains information required to create a successful, winning bid.

Maintain and administer a library of reusable written content, templates, and processes to maintain efficiency across submissionsSupporting post-bid activities such as presentation creation and information loggingMonitoring and logging of tender opportunities through various procurement portalsOther administrative duties where required, which may contribute to supporting the wider office team and its directorsExperience/Knowledge: Essential Criteria: Experience of working within a bid teamExperience in drafting, reviewing and submitting proposal responsesCompetent in Microsoft office suite, including PowerPoint, SharePoint and Microsoft TeamsDesirable Criteria: Ideally degree qualified in a relevant subject, such as Marketing and/or EnglishAPMP Certification is preferred but not essentialExperience of working with bid submission and procurement portalsConstruction industry experience, preferably Civil EngineeringSkills: As a Senior Proposals Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the preconstruction phase of future projects.

This includes supporting the wider bid team in preparing and submitting competitive tenders for construction opportunities.
