you will
Open and close the college buildings (mainly closing in this role). Carry out day-to-day caretaking and planned maintenance duties. Support site security and health and safety activities. Monitor contractors working on site.

Experience working within a premises, maintenance, facilities, or building services environment. Experience operating or monitoring fire and security systems. Knowledge of basic building maintenance. GCSE Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent). Health
