People Solutions are currently recruiting for two experienced Press Brake Operators to join our client's manufacturing operation based in Warrington.

This is an excellent opportunity offering permanent employment from day one, with early and late shift positions available and salaries of up to £39,975 per annum. £32,641–£39,975 Per Annum | Permanent From Day One | Early & Late Shifts | Three-Day Weekend on Late Shift This position is ideal for applicants with experience as a Press Brake Operator, Press Brake Setter, CNC Press Brake Operator or Sheet Metal Fabricator.

Shifts Early Shift – £32,641 Per Annum Monday to Thursday: 7:00am–4:00pm Friday: 7:00am–12:00pm Late Shift – £39,975 Per Annum Monday to Wednesday: 4:00pm–2:30am Thursday: 4:00pm–1:30am Friday, Saturday and Sunday off Rates of Pay Early shift: £32,641 per annum Late shift: £39,975 per annum Permanent employment from day one Benefits As a Press Brake Operator, you will receive: Permanent employment from day one Choice of early or late shift vacancies Competitive annual salary Friday afternoon off on the early shift Three-day weekend on the late shift Day-to-Day Duties As a Press Brake Operator, your duties will include: Setting and operating AMADA press brake machinery Producing components accurately from engineering drawings Selecting and setting appropriate tooling for each job Programming and adjusting machinery between production runs Working with different materials and thicknesses Completing work accurately and efficiently to production schedules Inspecting components to ensure quality standards are met Recording completed work and reporting production issues Carrying out autonomous maintenance and reporting breakdowns Working with the Production Supervisor to prioritise workloads Supporting continuous improvement within the manufacturing operation Essential Skills Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator or Press Brake Setter Experience working within a manufacturing environment Sheet metal fabrication experience Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Understanding of tooling, materials and bending operations Strong attention to detail and quality standards Good problem-solving skills Ability to work safely and effectively within a team Desirable Experience Previous experience operating AMADA press brake machinery Training Provided Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your employment Apply If you are an experienced Press Brake Operator or Press Brake Setter looking for a permanent opportunity in Warrington, please apply today and a member of our recruitment team will be in touch.
