You will work alongside experts across pricing, actuarial, data science, underwriting, and engineering functions. The Role As a Home Risk Pricing Manager, you will lead a small team while delivering pricing strategies that drive business performance and improve risk selection.
Responsibilities include: Leading and developing a team of pricing analysts through coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance Prioritising pricing initiatives to support profit and growth objectives Analysing policy, claims, quote, and market data to identify opportunities for pricing optimisation Evaluating and implementing new data sources, methodologies, and analytical approaches Reviewing predictive models developed by actuarial and data science teams Determining the most effective application of model outputs within pricing algorithms Identifying customer segments and pricing opportunities to improve commercial performance Building and maintaining automated analytical tools to generate pricing insights Partnering with underwriting, actuarial, data science, engineering, fraud, and commercial stakeholders across the business Supporting wider underwriting and strategic projects that deliver measurable business value Your Skills
