We are working with a friendly, inclusive, and nurturing primary school in Maidstone seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their team on a long-term basis with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
The Role
As a HLTA, you will play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. Responsibilities will include: Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher Supporting pupils across a range of year groups Working closely with teachers to raise attainment and encourage pupil progress Providing targeted interventions for individuals and small groups Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Supporting children's academic, social, and emotional development
Requirements
