Primary SEND Teacher Huddersfield | £32,000 – £42,000 | Start: SeptemberWe are working in partnership with an independent SEND educator to recruit a passionate and dedicated Primary SEND Teacher for a brand-new school opening in Huddersfield this September.

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a nurturing, inclusive setting from the ground up.About the roleYou will deliver high-quality, personalised teaching for pupils across KS1 and KS2 with a range of SEND needs.

The focus is on supporting each child to make meaningful progress from their individual starting points within a calm, structured and supportive environment. You will:Plan and deliver tailored learning across a broad primary curriculumSupport pupils with communication, emotional regulation and sensory needsTeach core skills including phonics, reading, writing and mathsBuild independence, confidence and engagement in learningWork closely with support staff, families and external professionalsContribute to EHCP targets, IEPs and progress trackingAbout youQualified Teacher Status (QTS)Experience working with primary-aged pupils and SENDStrong understanding of inclusive and adaptive teachingPatient, nurturing and resilient approachCommitted to safeguarding and pupil wellbeingWhat’s on offerCompetitive salary (£32,000–£42,000)Opportunity to be part of a brand-new schoolStrong professional support and developmentCollaborative, child-centred working environmentSafeguardingWe are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
