Primary Teacher

Affinity Partnerships are looking for an experienced Qualified Teacher to work within either one or multiple sites across our trusts. We welcome applications from Newly Qualified Teachers or final year students and experienced Teachers alike.

We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher who would be excited to teach a modified curriculum to amazing group of individuals, throughout key stages 1 and 2. The ideal candidate will: QTS or QTLS Have the ability to teach primary pupils.

Knowledge of secondary age curriculum expectations Be able to teach a variety of subject including English and Maths Be highly organised with excellent communication skills Have a desire to work with, inspire and support children from all needs and backgrounds Have excellent behaviour management skills Understand the expectations against the Teachers Standards. Responsibilities

Teaching a variety of subjects to primary pupils Planning lessons and activities for whole class learning and group learning Supporting SEND children with their work in a class setting Managing difficult behaviours and implementing the school behaviour policy Safeguarding vulnerable pupils Possible supervising on lunch and break times Supporting and managing teaching assistants within the classroom Building relationships with staff and pupils Collecting evidence of pupils work to support their assessments Feedback to the relevant member of staff about the pupils progress To have pastoral responsibility for a group of pupils Potentially lead in a subject area Ensure a team approach to education with stakeholders such as parents and carers Benefits of working with Affinity Partnerships: You will be paid a competitive daily wage, based on your experience Dedicated consultant allocated to support you with any questions or concerns Support in writing CV's and job applications Fast, effective compliance service £200 for any successful referral of Teachers and £100 for Teaching Assistants!
