Primary Teacher Year 3

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Year 3 Primary Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Ealing from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced primary teacher who is confident leading a classroom and delivering high-quality teaching across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
The successful candidate will join a supportive school environment and play an important role in helping pupils build strong academic foundations while developing their confidence and independence. You will be: Teaching a Year 3 class within a mainstream primary school setting Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum Differentiating learning to meet the needs and abilities of all pupils Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly Maintaining high standards of behaviour and creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development Building strong relationships with pupils and encouraging their confidence and independence Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, colleagues, and the wider school team Communicating effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress and wellbeing Contributing to the wider life of the school and participating in school activities and events The successful candidate will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have at least 2 years' teaching experience within a mainstream primary school Have already successfully completed their Early Career Teacher (ECT) induction Have strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 2 Be confident in planning, delivering, and assessing high-quality lessons Have strong classroom management and communication skills Be able to demonstrate a consistent commitment to pupil progress and achievement Work effectively as part of a team and contribute positively to the wider school community Please note: ECTs and teachers who have not yet completed their induction will not be considered for this position.
