Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of complex desk studies and interpretative geotechnical reports
• Analyze and oversee sophisticated geotechnical structures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide actionable ground risk intelligence
• Mentor and develop graduate and junior engineers
• Promote and adopt digital tools and workflows to improve ground investigation and design processes

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Geotechnical Engineering
• Chartered member of ICE or Geological Society (or in final stages)
• Extensive experience in desk studies, site inspections, and geotechnical reporting
• Ability to communicate ground risk clearly to clients and teams
• Enthusiasm for sustainable, nature-positive solutions
