Strong proficiency in 3D design (Tekla essential; Revit experience advantageous).Chartered status with IStructE or ICE.Degree-qualified (MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering, or equivalent).Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. A proactive, collaborative approach with strong problem-solving ability.
