Principal Technical Program Manager, Alexa for Shopping (Rufus)

Overview

In this role you lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, AI-powered shopping experiences on Rufus, coordinating across science, engineering, product and design. You will drive programs at the intersection of large language models and shopping, shipping customer experiences used by millions worldwide. You partner with cross-functional teams to define strategy, measure success, and ensure scalable, reliable platforms. This is a high-impact TPM role shaping a flagship generative AI product at Amazon scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs aligned to long-term goals
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to set priorities and deliver at scale
• Work with science, engineering, product and UX to implement scalable AI-driven solutions
• Define KPIs, monitor success, and provide actionable leadership updates
• Serve as the primary connector between engineering and business teams to ensure alignment and execution
