Hydrogen is working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced associate (3-6 PQE) to join its highly ranked TMT team, specialising in privacy & cybersecurity. The team advises major global businesses including household-name brands and tech companies on sophisticated privacy, cyber and emerging digital regulation matters.
Their work combines complex advisory projects with fast-moving incident response and regulatory mandates. The successful associate will take a senior role across matters including: Global privacy compliance programmes and international data transfers.
AI governance, risk and data protection issues arising from new technologies. Cyber readiness and major international cyber incident response. Regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings. Online safety and wider digital regulation, including the AI Act, Data Act, DSA and NIS2.
