Join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm. The role offers a high degree of autonomy, with the opportunity to manage a broad private client caseload and play a key role in shaping the future growth and direction of the department.
RESPONSIBILITIES Managing a varied caseload covering Wills, LPAs, trusts, estate administration and IHT planning. Advising clients on estate planning, succession and wealth preservation. Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships.
Developing referral networks and contributing to business development. Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team. Maintaining high standards of client care, compliance and file management. ABOUT YOU Qualified Solicitor , 5PQE+ within Private Client Strong experience across Wills, LPAs, trusts, probate, estate administration and IHT.
Able to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision. Confident dealing directly with clients and professional contacts. Strong client relationship and business development skills. Experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers.
