Private Client Managing Associate/Director

Overview

Senior private client lawyer sought to join a leading South East private wealth team. You will operate at Managing Associate or Director level within a national, high-calibre practice known for complex, cross-border estates and trusts, advising high net worth individuals.

You’ll influence strategy, mentor juniors, and contribute to business development on a strong growth platform. This role offers flexibility (one day weekly in Oxford) and a rare chance to shape private wealth matters on a notable scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to complex private wealth matters for high net worth clients
• Act as a strategic senior team member, supporting growth and innovation
• Develop and mentor junior colleagues
• Engage in supported business development within a strong platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues on cross-border estates and trusts

Key requirements

• 8+ years’ PQE in private client law
• Experience with high net worth and cross-border matters
• Senior-level capability to take on strategic responsibilities
• Flexible with location (Oxford office one day per week)
