A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a reputable and well-established law firm in Hertfordshire, who are seeking a talented NQ Solicitor to join their thriving Private Client team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an NQ Solicitor to gain exposure to a wide range of high-quality private client matters, including Wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
You will be joining a friendly and supportive team with strong growth prospects.
About the Role
As an NQ Solicitor, you will work closely with senior solicitors and be responsible for handling your own caseload of private client matters, including: Advising clients on Wills, probate, and estate administrationAssisting with estate planning and inheritance tax adviceDrafting Powers of Attorney and dealing with Court of Protection mattersManaging trusts and providing ongoing client supportBuilding strong, lasting relationships with clientsYou will receive full support in your career development, with the opportunity to further develop your expertise in Private Client law.
About You
