Private Client Equity Partner / Solicitor – Birmingham – Salary up to £250,000 + Benefits A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Partner to lead its established Birmingham team. This Private Client Solicitor opportunity in Birmingham offers high-quality HNW work, a strong national platform and the chance to play a key role in shaping and growing a well-resourced private client practice.
The Role Lead on complex private client matters including estates, trusts and succession planning Act for HNW individuals on tax, wealth structuring and lifetime planning Handle complex estate administration and trust matters Play a senior role in client relationship management and retention Drive business development and strengthen referrer networks in Birmingham Work closely with partners nationally on cross-office matters Support mentoring and development of junior team members Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the private client team The Candidate Senior Solicitor operating at Partner level or already an existing Partner Strong technical expertise across private client and tax matters Experience advising HNW and UHNW clients Proven track record in developing client relationships and workstreams Commercial and strategic mindset Strong leadership and collaborative approach Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ambitious and motivated to grow a Birmingham-based practice The Benefits and How to Apply Salary up to £250,000 depending on experience Hybrid and flexible working Comprehensive benefits package High-quality national private client work Strong internal referral network Clear strategic investment in the Birmingham office Supportive, well-resourced partner environment Apply in the strictest of confidence online or via telephone.
