Private Client Partner - Swindon

Overview

In this role you will lead a Senior Private Client practice within a growing national law firm, handling complex matters such as Wills, Trusts, Estates and Tax, and shaping the direction of the Swindon team. You will manage key client and referrer relationships, drive growth, and mentor junior lawyers while contributing to thought leadership and market profile. Responsibilities

• Lead on complex Private Client matters (Wills, Trusts, Estates, Tax, Succession Planning)
• Manage and grow key client and referrer relationships
• Support strategic growth of the department and wider firm
• Drive business development and convert opportunities into new instructions
• Supervise, mentor and develop junior lawyers and support staff
• Contribute thought leadership, networking and profile-raising activities
• Participate in leadership, performance and profitability of the team
