This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to take ownership of a varied caseload and contribute to the continued success of a respected practice. The RoleThis is a client-facing and autonomous position, offering the chance to manage a full range of Private Client matters.

Responsibilities include:Drafting Wills and advising on estate planningAdministering estates and managing probate mattersAdvising on Tax and TrustsPreparing and registering Lasting Powers of AttorneySupporting and mentoring junior team membersBuilding strong client relationships and encouraging referralsMeeting billing and time recording targetsContributing to departmental growth and firmwide successCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with:Minimum 5 years' PQE in Private Client law (flexible for the right candidate)Proven ability to manage a full caseload independentlyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience mentoring junior colleaguesCommercial awareness and client development experienceFamiliarity with case management systems (preferred)SFE/STEP accreditation or willingness to pursueWorking ArrangementsThis is a full-time role based in the Poole office.
