The Role

• /n From a recruitment perspective, this position offers a varied and rewarding caseload, including:
• /n
• /n
• Advising clients on wills, trusts, and estate planning matters /n
• Managing probate and estate administration cases from instruction through to completion /n
• Advising on inheritance tax planning and wealth preservation strategies /n
• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney /n
• Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients with sensitive private client matters /n
• Building and maintaining strong long-term client relationships /n
• Contributing to business development and supporting the continued growth of the department /n

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in private client matters /n
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, and estate administration /n
• Excellent communication and client care skills /n
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware /n
• STEP qualification or working towards STEP is advantageous /n
• Ambitious and motivated to progress within a reputable firm /n
