Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse private client caseload to include: Estate Administration and Probate Matters Drafting Wills and Advising on Estate Planning Preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Inheritance Tax (IHT) Planning and Wealth Protection Trust Creation, Management and Advisory Work Optional Court of Protection Matters Candidate Requirements Experienced Private Client Legal Professional (4 Years PQE) Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx), or Experienced Fee Earner Minimum 4 years’ experience in Private Client Law STEP or SFE accreditation (or working towards) – advantageous but not essential Salary & Benefits Competitive Salary Flexible Working Career Progression Highly competitive salary (DOE) Hybrid working options Full-time or part-time flexibility Private healthcare and wellbeing support Clear and structured career progression pathways Supportive, people-first firm culture Why Join This Firm?
