Role Overview: As a Private Client Solicitor within our esteemed firm, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal advice and services to our valued clients.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work within a dynamic team, handling a varied caseload and contributing to the continued success of our Private Client department.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney. Provide expert advice to clients on complex legal issues relating to inheritance tax, estate planning, and asset protection.

Draft and review legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Liaise effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate the smooth progress of cases. Stay updated on changes in legislation and legal developments affecting private client law, maintaining a high level of professional knowledge and expertise.

Criteria: Qualified Solicitor with NQ-2 years PQE, with a strong background in Private Client law. Demonstrated experience in handling a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts, and estate administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
