Private Client Solicitor required for highly successful practice with offices around the UK. Roles currently available Aylesbury, Oxford and Cheltenham Private Client Solicitor willl manage your own varied and rewarding caseload, providing expert legal advice to individuals and families across a broad range of Private Client matters, including: Drafting Wills and advising on succession planning.
Estate Administration and Probate matters. Lasting Powers of Attorney. Trust creation, administration and advice. Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning. Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential). Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering an exceptional level of service.
Supporting the continued growth and reputation of the department through business development and networking opportunities. Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of Private Client law. Excellent communication and client care skills. The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
