the Role
Join a well-established regional firm based in Surrey as a Private Client Solicitor, focusing on providing high-quality legal services to individual clients. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive team environment and to handle a diverse range of private client matters.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. Provide expert legal advice and assistance to individual clients. Draft and review legal documents accurately and efficiently.
Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues in a professional manner. Participate in business development activities to contribute to the growth of the private client department. Criteria: Qualified Solicitor with 2-5 years of PQE in private client law.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in handling a variety of private client matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
