In this role you will join the Leamington Spa private client team to manage a caseload across wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, trusts and estates. You will work within a collaborative team, aiming to handle cases with minimal supervision and contribute to more complex matters. You will communicate clearly with clients, colleagues and external contacts, supporting a high-quality service. Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload in Wills, Lasting Power of Attorney, Trusts and Estates
• Work as part of a team with limited supervision on routine matters
• Assist on more complex private client matters
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and external professionals

Key requirements

• Applications welcome from solicitors at all levels
• experience in private client matters preferred but not required
• able to undertake a caseload with some independence
