Job Description Private Client Lawyer Annual Salary: £40,000 to £60,000 (DOE) Location: Wells or Frome (preference for Wells) Job Type: Hybrid PQE: 2 to 5 Years An established law firm in Somerset is seeking a Private Client Lawyer to join its growing team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive to develop their career within a supportive and well-regarded private client practice. Day-to-day of

the role

Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including: Drafting Wills Probate and estate administration Creating and managing Lasting Powers of Attorney Trusts and estate planning Court of Protection matters (desirable but not essential) General private client advisory work Provide high-quality legal advice tailored to the individual needs of each client.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a smooth and supportive legal process. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance client service and firm reputation. Required Skills &

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or equivalent. 2 to 5 years' PQE in Private Client law. Solid experience handling probate and estate administration matters. Ability to manage a caseload independently. Excellent client care and communication skills. Keen to build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.
