Reference: HSJ921954470_1786106577Private Client - Trust Executive - BathChadwick Nott are instructed by a well-established regional practice who are seeking an experienced Trust Executive to join their highly regarded Private Client/Succession & Tax team in Bath.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with private clients and companies in a friendly and collaborative environment. You should have around 10 years plus PQE and experience managing your own caseload and be able to prioritise tasks effectively, working both independently and as part of a team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Liaising with and reporting to trust beneficiariesConducting annual trust reviewsDrafting trust documentationPreparing trust tax returns for Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, and Income TaxAdministering day-to-day trust tasks, including investment data entryReviewing and updating FATCA/GIIN status for trustsExcellent communication skills and attention to detail are key.
