The team works with start up and established fund sponsors across the private fund lifecycle, including regulatory compliance, government enforcement, global distribution, trading, and the ongoing operations of funds. The role is mainly focused in the mid-market private equity space and you will be working with clients to design their structures, set the terms of the fund and negotiate terms with investors.
