The RoleYou'll join a market-leading Private Property team that advises wealthy individuals, landed estates, trustees, family offices, private banks and investors on a broad range of property matters.

The team is known for handling complex, high-value transactions across the UK and internationally. In this role, you will:Advise on a wide range of residential and rural property transactionsWork with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and trusteesSupport matters involving landed estates, agricultural and rural property interestsDraft and negotiate legal documentation with precision and commercial awarenessManage your own matters while working closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyersAssist with client relationship management and business development activitiesContribute to knowledge sharing and wider team initiativesCandidate RequirementsThe firm is keen to hear from Solicitors between NQ and 3 years' PQE who are looking to establish themselves within a first-class private property practice.

You'll ideally bring:Qualification as a Solicitor in England & WalesExperience in property law gained during training or post-qualificationA strong technical foundation and excellent drafting skillsStrong organisational and client relationship skillsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamAn interest in private client property work, landed estates or rural property mattersPrevious exposure to agricultural or estate-related property work would be beneficial but is by no means essential.
