International offshore law firm in Jersey is looking to recruit a Private Wealth Disputes & Trusts Disputes Solicitor/Barrister of 1 or more years’ PQE/Call. The team is renowned for their expertise in complex international trust and private wealth litigation and clients include leading financial institutions, non-institutional clients and high net-worth/ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
The successful candidate will play a key role in advising and representing clients in connection with a wide range of private wealth and trust disputes and will be integral in continuing to build this successful practice.
Other responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation and management of complex litigation cases from initial instructions through to substantive hearings. Applicants will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister in England & Wales or Jersey or Scotland or Commonwealth jurisdiction.
