p strong Private Wealth Trusts Lawyers | Jersey | NQ-Senior Associate /strong /p p br /p p We are working with a leading offshore firm in Jersey that is looking to hire strong Private Wealth Trusts lawyers from NQ through to Senior Associate level /strong . /p p br /p p The team advises a sophisticated international client base of strong high-net-worth individuals, families, trustees and professional fiduciaries /strong , with work spanning complex wealth structuring and succession planning. /p p br /p p The practice has particular strength across both strong advisory and contentious trusts matters /strong .
Lawyers can expect exposure to the establishment and restructuring of Jersey trusts, foundations and other succession structures, alongside breach of trust disputes, trustee removal applications and related professional negligence claims. /p p br /p p strong The ideal candidate will have: /strong /p p br /p ul li NQ-Senior Associate level experience in private client, trusts or private wealth /li li Strong academics and experience at a leading law firm /li li Experience with trusts, succession planning or complex wealth structures /li li UK or another Commonwealth qualification /li li A genuine interest in developing an international offshore career /li li A strong desire to relocate to Jersey /li /ul p br /p p This is an opportunity to work on strong high-value, multi-jurisdictional private wealth matters /strong while gaining exposure to both contentious and non-contentious work in one of the leading offshore jurisdictions. /p p br /p p Our offshore team has recruited internationally since 2011, with consultants across London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney. /p p br /p p em For more information or a confidential discussion, please get in touch at jemimalee@hydrogengroup.com. /em /p
