Process Controller (Bioresource)

Overview In this role you will monitor and optimise sludge treatment and bioresources processes to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient site performance. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain asset reliability, drive improvements, and respond to changing plant conditions.

The role combines data analysis, issue diagnosis, and proactive process optimisation in a fast-paced operations environment. You'll develop specialist expertise while delivering tangible services to the community and environment.

Monitor plant performance and interpret data to identify trends that maximise efficiency and minimise risk. Execute planned activities while managing reactive tasks and process events. Produce accurate asset and process performance information to support decision-making.

Investigate recurring issues, determine root causes, and implement improvements. Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to meet performance, compliance, and business objectives. Participate in ongoing training and accredited qualifications Key requirements Strong numerical, analytical, and diagnostic skills for data interpretation and decision-making.

Calm, resilient, and methodical under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong planning, organisational, communication, and IT skills; able to work independently and in a team. Proactive mindset with commitment to health, safety, environmental compliance, and procedures.
