Process Development Engineer

Overview

In this role you will bridge R&D and Operations to take new products from concept through production. You will develop scalable manufacturing processes and define key parameters to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent commercial-scale output. The position supports pilot trials, scale-up, and continuous improvement within a growing, innovative manufacturer. Responsibilities

• Support new product development, pilot trials and scale-up
• Drive continuous improvement and manufacturing efficiency
• Act as technical bridge between R&D and Operations
• Develop manufacturing processes and define critical process parameters
• Ensure products can be manufactured safely and consistently at commercial scale
• Oversee taking new products from concept through to production

Key requirements

• Experience in product scale-up, plant trials or process optimisation
• Manufacturing background, ideally within textiles or polymers
• Commutable to Bridgwater or willingness to relocate
• Background as Process or Manufacturing Engineer
