Working closely with production, maintenance, quality, and project teams, you will help deliver maintenance activities, processimprovements,andengineeringprojectsthatsupportbusinessobjectivesforsafety,quality,cost,anddelivery.

Applycontinuousimprovementmethodologiestooptimisemanufacturingprocesses. Assistwiththespecification,installation,validation,andcommissioningofmanufacturingequipment. Developandmaintainengineeringdocumentation,procedures,technicalstandards,andrecords.

Collaboratewithquality,operations,maintenance,andprojectteamstoachievebusinessobjectives. Analysemanufacturingdataandperformancemetricstoidentifyimprovementopportunities. Ensurecompliancewithhealth,safety,environmental,andqualityrequirements.

Supportcapitalprojects,processoptimisationinitiatives,andoperationalimprovementprogrammes. WhatWeAreLookingForRequiredDegreeinProcessEngineering,ManufacturingEngineering,MechanicalEngineering,IndustrialEngineering,orarelateddisciplinewithaminimumof1yearofrelevantexperience;orTwo-yeartechnicalqualificationwithaminimumof6yearsofrelevantengineeringexperience;orAnequivalentcombinationofeducationandpracticalengineeringexperience.

Experiencesupportingmanufacturingorproductionenvironments. Knowledgeofengineeringprinciples,manufacturingprocesses,andequipmentmaintenancepractices. Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills. Abilitytoworkeffectivelywithincross-functionalteams.

Goodcommunicationandorganisationalskills. ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeandengineeringdocumentationpractices. Commitmenttosafety,quality,andcontinuousimprovement. BeneficialExperiencewithLeanManufacturing,SixSigma,orothercontinuousimprovementmethodologies.

Knowledgeofreliabilityengineeringandpreventativemaintenanceprogrammes. Familiaritywithmanufacturingsystems,KPIs,andperformancemonitoringtools.
