Overview
As a Process Engineer you will support wastewater projects, developing practical treatment solutions and high-quality design outputs. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to translate project needs into validated process designs and technical reports.
The role offers exposure across feasibility to construction support, with mentoring and hands-on project experience to grow your engineering capability. You contribute to improvements that protect environments and enable sustainable water services.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to process designs, calculations, mass balances and wastewater assessments
- Prepare technical reports, specifications, calculations and design documentation
- Support projects from feasibility and concept development through to detailed design and construction support
- Assist with site investigations, asset assessments, treatment optimisation and technical studies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and develop engineering solutions
- Build technical capability through mentoring, training and hands-on project experience, contributing to continuous improvement
Key requirements
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering or related discipline
- Experience or genuine interest in process engineering within the water sector
- Understanding of process engineering principles and wastewater treatment
- Strong analytical, technical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organise workload and meet project deadlines
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing technical expertise
