Process Lead

Overview

In this Process Lead role, you focus on eliminating process losses and raising process capability across lines, coaching teams to use standard problem‑solving tools. You will lead change management, benchmarking, and reliability‑driven improvements, collaborating with line teams, site and regional owners. The position sits at the heart of our factory operations, translating data into actionable improvements and ensuring daily plan execution. You’ll gain exposure to a wide network and play a key part in sustaining PepsiCo’s manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities

• Participate in line daily meetings and execute the daily plan, reporting on centerline completion, changeover adherence, and loss elimination
• Identify, prioritize, and eliminate process losses to improve capability and control
• Lead change management and validation processes and develop process troubleshooting capability
• Drive benchmarking, reapplication, and sharing learnings across processes, modules, and plants
• Own critical daily management systems (Centerline, Changeover, Change management) and use reliability engineering and data analysis to push improvements
• Develop self through corporate and external training and participate in planned stops and rapid changeovers on the line
