Process Operative

Location: Brandon, Suffolk Salary: £13.20 per hour Hours: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am–6:00pm Contract: Ongoing Pay: Weekly The Role Select Recruitment are currently seeking Process Operatives to work within a busy cosmetics manufacturing facility in Brandon, Suffolk.

The successful candidates will be involved in the day-to-day production process, helping to ensure products are manufactured efficiently, safely and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Using and operating machinery as part of the manufacturing process Preparing, handling and measuring raw materials and ingredients Ensuring production runs smoothly and according to schedule Checking products throughout the manufacturing process to maintain quality Identifying and reporting any faults or problems with equipment or products Maintaining a clean and organised working environment Ensuring all safety standards and working procedures are followed Supporting the wider production team to achieve daily targets The Ideal Candidate: Experience within a production or manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential Able to work efficiently in a busy environment Good level of concentration and attention to detail A practical approach to work with a willingness to learn Reliable, hardworking and committed Comfortable following set procedures and instructions Able to work well both independently and within a team Physically capable of undertaking a hands-on production role What's in it for you?
