Job Description Senior Commercial ManagerLocation- LeedsInside IR35- £600 per day6 Month Contract Are you an experienced commercial professional with a background in workforce solutions, recruitment, contingent labour, or external resourcing?

Were looking for a proactive and commercially minded Senior Commercial Manager to help drive supplier performance, commercial governance, and strategic workforce initiatives. The Role As Senior Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, supporting commercial and procurement activities, and delivering continuous improvement across workforce and resourcing programmes.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective service delivery, commercial compliance, and value for money. Key Responsibilities Manage and develop supplier relationships, ensuring high levels of service performance and delivery.

Support commercial governance activities, including contract management and framework compliance. Analyse workforce and commercial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Coordinate complex projects and programmes, balancing strategic priorities with operational delivery.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business areas. Prepare and present commercial insights, recommendations, and performance updates to a range of audiences. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support best practice across commercial activities.

About YouYoull bring: Experience within external resourcing, contingent labour, recruitment, MSP, RPO, workforce management, or related commercial environments. Knowledge of public sector procurement, commercial governance, and framework agreements.

Strong contract and supplier management experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data. Outstanding stakeholder management and communication abilities. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value, performance, and continuous improvement. Why Join Us?
