Job Title: Procurement SpecialistLocation: Camberley - Hybrid WorkingSalary: £28,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)Contract Type: Permanent, Full-timeWorking within a fast-paced contract negotiation team, you will play a key role in managing procurement activities across various contracts.
This position is integral to delivering a high level of service to clients while supporting retention and business growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Preparing and issuing tenders to suppliers within agreed deadlinesNegotiating pricing and contract terms with suppliersProducing accurate cost comparisons and recommendations for clientsManaging both manual and electronic data to ensure accurate analysisIssuing contract recommendations via email and following up with clientsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with suppliersSupporting ongoing contract management and resolving client queriesCollaborating with internal teams to support wider business objectivesWhat we are looking for:Strong communication skills, with confidence in building relationships over the phoneNumerate with solid analytical and problem-solving abilityGood working knowledge of ExcelOrganised with strong attention to detailExperience within the energy/utilities sector is desirable but not essentialProactive, with a positive and solutions-focused approachIf you are looking to build or further your career within energy procurement in a dynamic and supportive environment, we would be keen to hear from you.
