This role will lead the redesign and implementation of end-to-end procurement and contract management processes, helping create a more efficient, compliant and value-driven commercial function. Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement end-to-end procurement and commercial life-cycle processes.
Develop governance frameworks, operating principles and decision-making controls. Drive process standardisation, simplification and continuous improvement. Align commercial processes with systems, reporting and performance management requirements.
Establish benefits tracking for savings, social value, sustainability and contract outcomes. Engage senior stakeholders across procurement, finance, legal, governance and operational teams. Support implementation and adoption of new ways of working across the organisation.
About YouStrong experience leading procurement or commercial transformation programmes. Proven track record in business process redesign and operating model development. Deep understanding of procurement, contract management and the wider commercial life-cycle.
Experience working within large, complex organisations. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing senior leaders.
