Product Manager

Overview

In this role you shape the Social product vision within Aristocrat’s Digital Strategy Team. You will lead cross‑functional efforts to deliver compelling social features that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes. You’ll research markets, manage roadmaps, and oversee launches while iterating from user feedback and data. Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the social product vision and strategy
• Lead cross‑functional teams to implement product initiatives
• Conduct market research on customer needs and competitive landscape
• Develop and manage product roadmaps aligned with company goals
• Prioritize features for world‑class user experiences
• Collaborate with engineering, build, and marketing for launches
• Monitor performance and iterate using data and feedback
• Build and present proposals to senior leadership
• Identify and mitigate development risks
• Drive adoption through effective communication and training
• Analyze data to measure product success and advocate for customer needs

Key requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Strong understanding of PM principles and practices
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Analytical approach with data‑driven decision‑making
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Demonstrated success launching and managing complex products
• Ability to strictly prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
