Product Manager - IBM Messaging

IBM Product Manager Inside IR35 Sheffield or Birmingham - 3 days per week onsite. If based in Birmingham, at least 1 of the 3 days must be in Sheffield. We're partnering with a leading financial services client to appoint an IBM Product Manager within their Enterprise Platform Integration function.

Key Responsibilities

Own and develop the product strategy and roadmap for IBM platforms Manage product governance, lifecycle and ongoing service improvement Lead vendor management and commercial relationships Oversee licensing, costs and contractual requirements Work closely with engineering, architecture and technology teams Support the migration from Tivoli to Instana Coordinate with large, globally distributed teams across multiple regions Represent the product portfolio at senior stakeholder and governance forums Key

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Manager within an enterprise technology environment Strong knowledge of IBM technologies, particularly MQ, ACE and Tivoli Experience managing technology roadmaps, governance and product strategy Strong vendor and licence management experience Experience working within large-scale transformation programmes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Comfortable working with global, multi-disciplinary teams
