About the Role Were looking for a talented Product Owner to join our Operations team and play a key role in driving business transformation and delivering impactful digital solutions. As Product Owner youll be responsible for shaping and owning the product vision ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational priorities.

Acting as the vital link between business stakeholders and delivery teams youll ensure that products are designed prioritised and delivered to maximise value and meet customer regulatory and business needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an Agile environment enjoys collaborating across teams and is passionate about continuous improvement.

What youll be doing- Define and own the product vision aligned with business strategy and transformation goals Collaborate with Business Analysts and operational stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Build manage and prioritise a clear well-structured product backlog Act as the voice of the business user ensuring solutions deliver real value Lead and support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning stand-ups and retrospectives Remove blockers and support delivery teams with clarity and direction Perform trade-off analysis and resolve product challenges to keep delivery on track Define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality compliant deliverables Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive transformation initiatives Support product launches including training documentation and business readiness Monitor performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve products Carry out market and competitor analysis to inform product strategy What were looking for- Essential experience Proven experiencein a change product or business analysis role within complex programmes or projects Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Experience gathering and analysing business requirements Knowledge of business process modelling and data analysis Experience working in Agile delivery environments Skills and attributes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to balance time cost and quality when delivering solutions Excellent written verbal and presentation skills Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Confident working independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience in project management or UAT support Knowledge of the energy industry Familiarity with Azure DevOps and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Understanding of data security and regulatory requirements What we offer- Competitive Salary : With our annual salary review ensuring your efforts are always rewarded.
