SaaS Data Analyst / Product Owner Remote / Home-based | Occasional London travel We're looking for a SaaS Data Analyst / Product Owner to join an ambitious B2B SaaS business developing innovative products for the property and financial services sectors.
This is a hands-on role where you'll sit at the intersection of data, product, customers and technology. You'll work closely with leadership, customers and developers to turn business needs into well-designed, data-driven products, with a particular focus on AI and automation.
What you'll be doing Own and manage product backlogs, priorities and delivery Translate high-level requirements into clear functional, screen and data designs Analyse data and processes to identify opportunities for AI and automation Develop and refine algorithms and data-driven solutions Work closely with developers using an agile Scrumban approach Lead UAT, releases and delivery milestones Engage with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs and communicate solutions Support product launches, documentation and live product issues What we're looking for You'll have experience in a Data Analyst, Data Scientist, Functional Designer or Product Owner role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
You should have: Strong SQL and relational database skills Experience with data analysis and basic statistics The ability to understand JSON and data manipulation Excellent written, analytical and communication skills Experience creating functional specifications and product designs A pragmatic, problem-solving approach and strong attention to detail Confidence working with both technical teams and customers An interest in AI, machine learning and emerging technology You'll be a self-starter who enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping and delivering new SaaS products.
