Skills & Experience Essential Own, manage & prioritise the product backlog. Translate customer, commercial & operational requirements into clear user stories & acceptance criteria. Work closely with engineering to guide delivery & resolve questions & priorities.

Balance new features with technical debt, compliance requirements & operational improvements. Act as the day-to-day product decision-maker throughout delivery. Collaborate with commercial, operational & senior stakeholders to align priorities.

Ensure delivered changes create measurable customer & commercial value. Support product launches & go-to-market activity. Classification: Commercial In Confidence Maintain a clear connection between product strategy, roadmap priorities & engineering delivery.

Product Owner Desirable Strong experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-delivery role. Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments. Proven ability to own & prioritise a product backlog. Ability to translate complex technical & business requirements into clear deliverables.

Strong stakeholder-management & communication skills. Commercial awareness & a focus on customer outcomes. Experience working closely with engineering & operational teams.
