Product Specialist

Overview

In this role, you guide end users and healthcare professionals to make informed product choices, representing Convatec with integrity. You will articulate product value, deliver empathetic support, and contribute to high customer satisfaction and sustainable market growth. You work closely with cross-functional teams to stay current on products and share accurate information. This position offers an impact-driven path in a mission to improve patient outcomes through trusted medical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to End Users and Healthcare Professionals on Convatec solutions
• Meet KPIs including new customer starts (NCS) and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
• Follow up with End Users to discuss products using solution-based selling to facilitate conversions
• Generate new sales opportunities via inbound/outbound calls, email, and Live Chat
• Offer tailored product recommendations based on wound, stoma, and continence conditions
• Drive personal performance by aligning with Convatec values and achieving sales KPIs
• Manage workload and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline while delivering world-class service
• Stay informed on new products/services to share current information
• Use databases to capture customer information and identify opportunities through data insights
• Adhere to SOPs and seek continuous improvement
