Production Coordinator - Immersive

Overview

In this hybrid London role, you join Framestore’s Immersive team to support a portfolio of rides, themed experiences and cutting-edge projects. You will coordinate schedules, track workflows and ensure timely, on-budget deliveries with high creative standards. You’ll bridge Producers, Supervisors, Creatives and Developers, keeping information flowing and actions tracked. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that shapes immersive experiences for audiences.

Responsibilities

• Track workflows across departments and coordinate with crew managers on start and end dates
• Organise dailies, rounds and meetings, take notes and follow up on actions
• Keep ShotGrid and/or JIRA up to date with notes, schedules and artist information
• Oversee client deliveries in various formats (QT, engine builds, temps, final outputs)
• Manage edits with editorial team
• Coordinate resources and work with support departments
• Maintain proactive, calm, solution-oriented approach to challenges

Key requirements

• A strong interest in Immersive projects, gaming, location-based experiences or immersive theatre with demonstrated awareness of related developments
• Previous Production Coordinator experience for VFX, game engine or immersive projects
• First-class time and project management skills with ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
• Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication
• Able to stay calm and confident in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of live-action and CG-based VFX workflows, formats and resolutions
• Strong note-taking with ability to extract actions and summarize information
• Enjoys building relationships with crew and adapting communication styles
