The Role

*Solving production problems and improving quality, efficiency and output. *Leading projects to improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste. *Supporting new products, equipment upgrades and better ways of working. *Working with production and quality teams, with access to training and an excellent benefits package.

The Candidate: *A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar manufacturing or production engineering environment. *Experience in manufacturing, assembly, plastics, automotive or FMCG would be useful. *A practical problem-solver who can work independently and with others. *Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, SolidWorks, jigs and fixtures or continuous improvement would be an advantage.

What's on Offer? £40,000 - £45,000 plus 5% bonus. 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with guaranteed Christmas closure and the option to buy or sell up to five days.
