Production OperativeMonday to Friday shift patternWeekends offCompetitive pay rate: £12.21, rising to £12.71 from 1st AprilOvertime/additional hours availableNear Horsham - own transport essentialOur client is seeking reliable, hardworking, and motivated Garden Centre / Horticultural Operatives to join their busy team located on the outskirts of Horsham (own transport required due to location).General DutiesYou will be working across greenhouses, production areas, and warehouses that produce a wide range of horticultural products, including bedding plants, flowering pot plants, and themed container displays.
This is a physically demanding role involving regular bending, lifting, and carrying.
